  • A deeply immersive and rejuvenating experience that harmonizes and balances the body's energy centers, known as chakras. Participants are bathed in the ethereal tones and vibrations produced by crystal singing bowls that are each tuned to resonate with a specific chakra. The exquisite and pure tones heard will gently wash over you to help release energy blockages, promote energy flow, and restore equilibrium within your energy system. Throughout the session, you may feel subtle vibrations as the crystal bowls' frequencies interact with your own energy. Emerge feeling renewed, balanced, and deeply connected to yourself and grounded in the present moment.

    A sound bath is all about deep rest, so come comfy. We have mats, bolsters, and blankets or chairs for you to make yourself as comfortable as possible. You’re also welcome to bring your own mat, blanket, or pillow.

With regular practice it helps to heal and strengthen the nervous and glandular systems, improve flexibility, and facilitate emotional transformation. A complete class includes pranayam (breath), a kriya (set of yoga postures), mudras, eye-focus, and meditation, all put together in dynamic combinations to help bring balance to the body, calm and focus the mind, and awaken the spirit. All levels welcome; this class is adaptable to the abilities of its participants.

  • Strong and centering poses practiced at a slow and gentle pace. Longer static holds allow for deep stretching, strength-building, and balance.   • Chair yoga includes gentle stretches and breath practices accessible to all. This class is especially beneficial for anyone who finds it challenging to get up and down from the ground in a traditional yoga class. There is a lot we can do to benefit our mobility, coordination, and flexibility from a chair.

  • This class blends the yang elements of vinyasa yoga with the cooling benefits of yin yoga. Build heat in the first part of class by flowing with vinyasa style yoga. Then slow it down with long-held yin poses that stretch deep into the fascia and tissues. Tie it all together with a nice long sivasana. Some experience of yoga postures is suggested for safe practice in this class. Not recommended for beginners.

  • Meditation has been scientifically proven to have both physical and mental benefits, including reducing symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, and chronic pain. Some guidance will be given at the beginning and conclusion of the practice to help transition you in and out of your practice. No experience necessary. We’ll help you create a comfortable meditation experience using our props.

  • The MELT Method is a gentle technique designed to address pain & stiffness in the body by improving fluid flow in fascia and improving mind/muscle connection through neuromuscular therapy techniques. If you have lingering pain/stiffness that keeps coming back no matter how many massages or adjustments you get, this class is for you.

  • Block Therapy focuses on addressing restrictions in fascia and alignment issues. We use a wooden block (towels are available also) to find adhesions, release restrictions, and restore natural alignment in the body. We’ll address common alignment issues like forward head posture, rounded shoulders collapsing forward, knee valgus, pronation, pelvic tilt, etc.

  • Breathe to find calm in the chaos, safely build strength, and stretch to alleviate common tensions that come with the joys of raising babies. This class is designed for postpartum birth-givers and their pre-crawling babies (up to 8 months). Feeding and diaper changing are welcome. No yoga experience necessary.
